1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MenDo Ties. We offer a 14-day return window for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mendoties.com or send us a WhatsApp message at 0209138649. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed directly back to your original payment method (Mobile Money, Fidelity Bank transfer, or card processing network) within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, reach out directly to our support channel.
